Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 42.18 points up at 84341.96 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Kamdhenu Ventures(down 9.99 per cent), Intellivate Cap(down 9.95 per cent), Sancode Technologies(down 9.79 per cent), Soma Textiles(down 9.36 per cent) and Sri Nachammai(down 7.41 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.
In the Nifty pack, 24 stocks traded in the green, while 26 stocks traded in the red.
The Nifty index was trading 6.96 points up at 25817.8.
On the BSE, Rossell India, MEP Infrastructure, A F Enterprises(PP), Revathi Equipment In and Starlit Power Sys. hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Bloom Ind, Vipul Organics, V Mart Retail, Maan Aluminium and Sky Industries touched their fresh 52-week highs.
