Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

In the Nifty pack, 31 stocks were trading in the green, while 19 stocks were trading in the red.

Nifty continues to climb a wall of worry as it looks to be in the final leg of its rally before heading for a correction.
NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 182.84 points up at 83262.5 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Labelkraft Tech(down 15.79 per cent), Manoj Ceramic(down 11.15 per cent), Shristi Infra(down 8.11 per cent), NPR Finance(down 7.68 per cent) and Mefcom Capital(down 7.20 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 31 stocks traded in the green, while 19 stocks traded in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 42.75 points up at 25461.3.

On the BSE, Sprayking Agro Equip, Shree Tirupati Balaj, Tolins Tyres, Globale Tessile and Stampede Cap(DVR)hit their fresh 52-week lows, while S M Gold, Warren Tea, MRC Exim, Sovereign Diamonds and Dynavision Ltd touched their fresh 52-week highs.
