Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 277.06 points up at 77618.14 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Ascensive Educare(down 20.00 per cent), Titaanium Ten Enterp(down 16.93 per cent), Achyut Healthcare(down 11.42 per cent), Jigar Cables(down 10.00 per cent) and Sheshadri Industries(down 9.92 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.
In the Nifty pack, 23 stocks traded in the green, while 27 stocks traded in the red.
The Nifty index was trading 70.66 points up at 23608.5.
On the BSE, Mudunuru, Sawaca Business, Future Supply Chain, PS IT Infra and Grandma Trading hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Globus Power, AmaraRaja Batteries, Somi Conveyor, PNB Gilts and Ecoplast Ltd touched their fresh 52-week highs.
