Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 282.79 points up at 74021.24 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Titaanium Ten Enterp(down 11.81 per cent), Atal Realtech(down 9.92 per cent), Ramgopal Poly(down 9.80 per cent), FGP Ltd(down 9.31 per cent) and MRP Agro(down 8.62 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 42 stocks traded in the green, while 8 stocks traded in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 76.91 points up at 22444.9.

On the BSE, Atal Realtech and Shalimar Prod hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Raj Oil Mills, Citadel Realty, Josts Engineering, Kanchi Karpooram and Aegis Logistics touched their fresh 52-week highs.
