Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

In the Nifty pack, 43 stocks were trading in the green, while 7 stocks were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Friday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 362.02 points up at 72412.4 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Dharani Finance(down 9.62 per cent), Innocorp Ltd(down 7.25 per cent), Cindrella Hotel(down 6.00 per cent), DRA Consultants(down 5.88 per cent) and Transvoy Logistics(down 5.79 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 43 stocks traded in the green, while 7 stocks traded in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 123.75 points up at 22034.5.

On the BSE, Sanmit Infra, Taaza International, Polyplex Corp., PayTM and Gayatri BioOrg hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Uniroyal Ind, Confidence Petro, Rain Ind., Nectar Lifesc and Natco Pharma touched their fresh 52-week highs.
