Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

In the Nifty pack, 32 stocks were trading in the green, while 18 stocks were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 113.24 points up at 64685.12 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Novateor Research(down 20.00 per cent), Integrated Capital(down 9.87 per cent), Pil Italica Lifesty(down 9.26 per cent), Ranjeet Mechatronics(down 8.87 per cent) and Nirav Comm(down 7.89 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 32 stocks traded in the green, while 18 stocks traded in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 33.05 points up at 19314.8.

On the BSE, Beekay Niryat, Updater Service, Mahindra Logistics, Tuni Textile and Nakoda Group Of Ind hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Welspun Invst, Hind Rectifiers, Margo Finance, Switching Tech and Star Delta Tran touched their fresh 52-week highs.
