Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

In the Nifty pack, 32 stocks were trading in the green, while 17 stocks were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 69.64 points up at 65285.73 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, AKM Lace and Embrote(down 20.00 per cent), Shreeshay Engineers(down 17.80 per cent), Ramchandra Leasing(down 13.70 per cent), Novateor Research(down 13.67 per cent) and Escorp Asset Manage(down 10.00 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 32 stocks traded in the green, while 17 stocks traded in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 22.1 points up at 19415.7.

On the BSE, Victory Paper, Allcargo Terminals, Jio Financial Servic, Sarthak Ind and A F Enterprises hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Dolphin Offshore, AccelerateBS India, Yuken India, Mercantile Ventures and Dredging Corp touched their fresh 52-week highs.
