Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

In the Nifty pack, 39 stocks were trading in the green, while 11 stocks were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Thursday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 613.48 points up at 66007.38 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Cargotrans Maritime(down 12.80 per cent), Northern Spirits(down 10.93 per cent), Dhyaani Tile and Mar(down 9.99 per cent), Stellar Capital Svcs(down 8.54 per cent) and Indo Us Bio-Tech(down 7.15 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 39 stocks traded in the green, while 11 stocks traded in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 168.15 points up at 19552.45.

On the BSE, CWD L, MRC Exim, Flora Corporation, RSC Intnl and Bizotic Commercial hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Ashoka Metcast, Anand Rathi Wealth, Zen Tech, Kellton Tech and Sealmatic India touched their fresh 52-week highs.
