Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

In the Nifty pack, 43 stocks were trading in the green, while 7 stocks were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 384.87 points up at 65729.04 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Dhyaani Tile and Mar(down 19.64 per cent), Beryl Drugs(down 12.30 per cent), Otco Intnl(down 10.00 per cent), SBL Infratech(down 9.87 per cent) and Tarini International(down 8.35 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 43 stocks traded in the green, while 7 stocks traded in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 116.7 points up at 19472.6.

On the BSE, Bizotic Commercial, Golkonda Aluminium, Integrated Prot, Melstar Info and MRC Exim hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Focus Business Sol, Cyient DLM, Sonalis Consumer Pro, Mazagon Dock Ship and Zen Tech touched their fresh 52-week highs.
