Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

In the Nifty pack, 32 stocks were trading in the green, while 16 stocks were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 117.41 points up at 63087.41 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, CLIO Infotech(down 18.89 per cent), Tricom Fruit(down 9.47 per cent), PM Telelinks(down 8.69 per cent), Earum Pharmaceutical(down 8.47 per cent) and Gita Renew. Energy(down 7.55 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 32 stocks traded in the green, while 16 stocks traded in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 43.1 points up at 18734.3.

On the BSE, CLIO Infotech, Power & Instrument, A F Enterprises, Shelter Infra and Prima Ind hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Sun Tech Over, Gujarat Pipavav, OM Metal Infra, Force Motors and FACT touched their fresh 52-week highs.
