Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 248.69 points up at 62212.37 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Quality RO Industrie(down 20.00 per cent), Himachal Fibres(down 14.34 per cent), CG-VAK Software(down 13.78 per cent), Jonjua Overseas(down 12.33 per cent) and Shree Ganesh Reme(down 11.86 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.
In the Nifty pack, 39 stocks traded in the green, while 10 stocks traded in the red.
The Nifty index was trading 89.45 points up at 18403.85.
On the BSE, Spicejet, Jet Airways, White Organic Retail, Ekam Leasing and Starlit Power Sys. hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Indo Tech Trans, Duroply lndustries, Sheetal Diamond, ADF Foods and TPL Plastech touched their fresh 52-week highs.
