NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Thursday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 203.86 points up at 61764.5 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Nihar Info Glob(down 12.03 per cent), Sayaji Industries(down 10.54 per cent), Hazoor Multi(down 10.00 per cent), Shervani Ind(down 9.99 per cent) and Sharika Enterprises(down 9.91 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

The Nifty index was trading 53.55 points up at 18235.3.
On the BSE, Apt Packaging Ltd., Omkar Speciality, Auto Pins Ltd, NCC Blue Water Pdts and SEL Manufact hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Retina Paints, Jyoti Ltd, Jindal Saw, The Anup Engg and Bigbloc Const touched their fresh 52-week highs.
