Sensex falls! These stocks fell 5% or more in Wednesday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 237.44 points down at 58338.93 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Suryavanshi Spin(down 9.93 per cent), Emmessar Biotech(down 9.93 per cent), Vista Pharma(down 9.71 per cent), Glittek Granite(down 9.38 per cent) and Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Ltd.(down 9.16 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.

The index closed 54.65 points down at 17475.65.
On the BSE, Shree Worstex, Shashijit Infraproje, Kanungo Financiers, Indo-Global Enterpri and Tilak Ventures (PP)hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Hariom Pipe Industries Ltd., Markolines Traffic Controls Ltd., Dynacons Sys, Modipon Ltd and Nahar Industrial touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
