Sensex falls! These stocks fell 5% or more in Wednesday's session

In the Nifty pack, 24 stocks closed in the green, while 26 stocks ended in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 68.62 points down at 57232.06 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Titaanium Ten Enterp(down 19.71 per cent), T & I Global(down 12.84 per cent), Leading Leasing Fin(down 11.21 per cent), Suratwwala Business(down 10.00 per cent) and S M Gold(down 9.99 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.

In the Nifty pack, 24 stocks closed in the green, while 26 stocks ended in the red.


The index closed 28.95 points down at 17063.25.

On the BSE, T & I Global, Narayani Steels, Dhani Ibull Ventures, RO Jewels and G G Engineering hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Sungold Media and En, Ganges Securities, Orient Bell, Yug Decor and SIL Investments touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
