Sensex falls! These stocks fell 5% or more in Wednesday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 379.93 points down at 73847.15 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Superior Finlease(down 13.21 per cent), SRG Housing Fin(down 12.00 per cent), Trio Mercantile(down 11.57 per cent), Boston Bio Systems Ltd.(down 9.99 per cent) and Blue Jet Healthcare(down 9.98 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.

The index closed 136.7 points down at 22399.15.

On the BSE, Trio Mercantile, Boston Bio Systems Ltd., Hilton Metal, Themis Medicare and Smartlink Holdings hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Dhanashree Electro, TECIL Chemicals, Cura Tech, RSC Intnl and NACL Industries touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
