Sensex falls! These stocks fell 5% or more in Monday's session

In the Nifty pack, 25 stocks closed in the green, while 24 stocks ended in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 33.9 points down at 62834.6 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, DMR Hydroengineering & Infrastructure Ltd.(down 17.98 per cent), Technopack Polymers Ltd.(down 12.51 per cent), TeleCanor Global(down 11.42 per cent), Trident Lifeline Ltd.(down 10.78 per cent) and Unichem Labs(down 9.41 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.

In the Nifty pack, 25 stocks closed in the green, while 24 stocks ended in the red.


The index closed 4.95 points up at 18701.05.

On the BSE, Bhoruka Alum, Avance Tech, Keystone Realtors Ltd., Dhruv Wellness and Shivom Inv.&Consult hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Narmada Gelatine, Nelcast, JK Lakshmi Cement, Linc Pen Plast and Suzlon Energy(PP)touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
