Sensex falls! These stocks fell 5% or more in Monday's session

In the Nifty pack, 22 stocks closed in the green, while 28 stocks ended in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 247.01 points down at 82253.46 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, RRIL(down 14.53 per cent), Wonder Fibromats(down 13.52 per cent), Universal Arts(down 10.00 per cent), Ambo Agritec(down 9.99 per cent) and Bothra Metals(down 9.96 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.

In the Nifty pack, 22 stocks closed in the green, while 28 stocks ended in the red.


The index closed 67.55 points down at 25082.3.

On the BSE, Pooja Entertainment & Films, IEL Ltd., Mipco Seamless, Capital Trust and Pankaj Piyush hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Looks Health Services, Amal Ltd, JP Power, Anand Rathi Wealth and G G Automotive Gears touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
