NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Friday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 47.77 points down at 65970.04 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Econo Trade(I)(down 15.70 per cent), GTV Engineering(down 9.06 per cent), Enbee Trade Fin(down 7.63 per cent), Filtra Consultants &(down 7.22 per cent) and Gujarat Themis(down 6.81 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.

The index closed 7.3 points down at 19794.7.
On the BSE, Econo Trade(I), Enbee Trade Fin, Sharad Fbrs. &Yrn., Adhbhut Infrastructu and Monnet Ind hit their fresh 52-week lows, while New India Assurance, Onelife Capital, Compucom Soft, GIC and Lovable Lingerie touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
