Sensex falls! These stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Friday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 30.82 points down at 60618.56 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Axita Cotton(down 19.99 per cent), J A Finance Ltd.(down 9.99 per cent), Adeshwar Meditex Ltd.(down 9.72 per cent), STL Global(down 9.56 per cent) and Kamanwala Hous(down 9.38 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 28 stocks traded in the green, while 22 stocks traded in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 0.4 points up at 17915.45.

On the BSE, Compuage Infocom, Hanman Fit, Padmanabh Alloys & Polymers Ltd., Brightcom Group and Disha Resources hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Ashirwad Cap, Glenmark Life, Avance Tech, Vantage Knowledge and Remedium Lifecare touched their fresh 52-week highs.
