Sensex falls! These stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

In the Nifty pack, 17 stocks were trading in the green, while 33 stocks were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Monday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 266.77 points down at 60415.93 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, TV Today Network(down 23.89 per cent), EKI Energy Services Ltd.(down 20.00 per cent), Aimco Pesticide(down 15.04 per cent), IDFC(down 13.21 per cent) and Siel Financial(down 13.18 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 17 stocks traded in the green, while 33 stocks traded in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 79.65 points down at 17776.85.

On the BSE, EKI Energy Services Ltd., Elin Electronics Ltd., Jayant Agro Org, Chandra Prabhu and Dharmaj Crop Guard Ltd. hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Pratik Panels, Sam Industries, Nettlinx Ltd, RTS Power and Relicab Cable Manufa touched their fresh 52-week highs.
