Sensex falls! These stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

In the Nifty pack, 10 stocks were trading in the green, while 38 stocks were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Thursday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 279.65 points down at 60766.09 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Aashka Hospitals Ltd.(down 19.99 per cent), Aki India(down 9.93 per cent), RSD Finance(down 8.71 per cent), National Standard(down 8.34 per cent) and Tranway Technologies(down 7.08 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 10 stocks traded in the green, while 38 stocks traded in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 87.35 points down at 18078.0.

On the BSE, Aveer Foods Ltd., Suumaya Corporation Ltd., SVS Ventures Ltd., Newtime Infrastructure Ltd. and Alok Industries hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Remedium Lifecare, Innovators Facade Sy, Mold Tek Tech, Wall Street Fin and Sagar Diamonds touched their fresh 52-week highs.
