Sensex falls! These stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

In the Nifty pack, 9 stocks were trading in the green, while 41 stocks were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 315.4 points down at 52862.05 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Zenlabs Ethica (down 19.94 per cent), Gautam Exim(down 18.89 per cent), Aayush Food & Herbs(down 9.94 per cent), Salasar Techno Engg(down 9.94 per cent) and Jay Ushin(down 9.91 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 9 stocks traded in the green, while 41 stocks traded in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 96.25 points down at 15753.95.

On the BSE, Seacoast Shipping, BFL Asset Finvest, Arshiya, Muthoot Finance and Bajaj Finserv hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Kallam Textiles, Mehai Technology, Sumuka Agro Ind., DSJ Comm and Goel Food Products Ltd. touched their fresh 52-week highs.
