Sensex falls! These stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

In the Nifty pack, 17 stocks were trading in the green, while 33 stocks were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 151.07 points down at 54137.54 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Rupa & Co(down 17.96 per cent), TN Petroprod(down 11.38 per cent), Jonjua Overseas(down 10.00 per cent), Athena Constructions(down 9.99 per cent) and SPS Finquest(down 9.81 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 17 stocks traded in the green, while 33 stocks traded in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 61.4 points down at 16153.3.

On the BSE, Repco Home Fin, Vaibhav Global, Future Retail, Sical Logistics and Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Ltd. hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Delhivery Ltd., Venus Pipes & Tubes Ltd., Sharda Cropchem, Sai Capital and Lesha Ind touched their fresh 52-week highs.
