Sensex falls! These stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 883.33 points down at 55363.95 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Taparia Tools(down 67.99 per cent), AKM Lace and Embrote(down 17.89 per cent), Prime Fresh(down 15.63 per cent), RCL Retail Ltd.(down 15.62 per cent) and Active Clothing Co(down 13.26 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.
In the Nifty pack, 14 stocks traded in the green, while 36 stocks traded in the red.
The Nifty index was trading 216.0 points down at 16577.9.
On the BSE, Taparia Tools, Ind Renewable Energ, Janus Corporation, Union Quality and Brandbucket Media & Technology Ltd. hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Unique Organics, SPS Finquest, Hindalco, Deco-Mica Ltd and KMG Milk Food touched their fresh 52-week highs.
