Sensex falls! These stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

In the Nifty pack, 22 stocks were trading in the green, while 27 stocks were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 115.94 points down at 58167.48 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Omnipotent Industries Ltd.(down 9.99 per cent), Patel Integrat(down 9.98 per cent), Paramount Cosm(down 9.86 per cent), Sanathnagar Enterpri(down 7.24 per cent) and Sam Industries(down 6.77 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 22 stocks traded in the green, while 27 stocks traded in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 27.45 points down at 17340.8.

On the BSE, Omnipotent Industries Ltd., Patel Integrat(PP), Sparkling(India), Lead Financial and Vikas Multicorp(PP)hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Rainbow Found, Greenlam Ind, Hindustan Fluro, NDTV and Manomay Tex India touched their fresh 52-week highs.
