Sensex falls! These stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

In the Nifty pack, 18 stocks were trading in the green, while 32 stocks were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Thursday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 151.92 points down at 78119.36 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Navoday Enterprises(down 19.93 per cent), Virgo Global (down 18.31 per cent), Vision Corp(down 15.13 per cent), Terai Tea Co(down 13.22 per cent) and Sainik Finance(down 11.36 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 18 stocks traded in the green, while 32 stocks traded in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 52.1 points down at 23644.2.

On the BSE, Southern Magnesium, Vineet Laboratories, Vivanza Biosciences, Titan Intech and AGS Transact Tech hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Aarti Pharmalabs, Senores Pharmaceutic, Benares Hotels, Eyantra Ventures and Oil Country Tub touched their fresh 52-week highs.
