Sensex falls! These stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

In the Nifty pack, 33 stocks were trading in the green, while 17 stocks were trading in the red.

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 32.21 points down at 80770.65 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Octavius Plantations(down 15.45 per cent), Thirani Projects(down 11.21 per cent), CRP Risk Management(down 9.74 per cent), Superior Finlease(down 8.78 per cent) and Innocorp Ltd(down 6.82 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 33 stocks traded in the green, while 17 stocks traded in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 16.86 points up at 24715.7.

On the BSE, Ellora Trading Ltd., VSF Projects(PP), PS IT Infra, Grandma Trading and Rajnish Wellness hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Bright Brothers, Panache Innovations, Nelco Ltd, Lyka Labs and Meera Industries touched their fresh 52-week highs.
