NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Wednesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 569.12 points down at 65890.19 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Pasari Spinning(down 10.74 per cent), Innocorp Ltd(down 10.00 per cent), Zenotech Lab(down 9.80 per cent), PNGS Gargi Fashion(down 9.35 per cent) and Concord Drugs(down 8.48 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.
In the Nifty pack, 4 stocks traded in the green, while 46 stocks traded in the red.
The Nifty index was trading 170.15 points down at 19563.4.
On the BSE, Ador Multiprod, Scintilla Commercial, RSC Intnl, Rajasthan Petro and Veerkrupa Jewellers hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Man Industries, CG-VAK Software, AccelerateBS India, GE Power India and Trident Lifeline touched their fresh 52-week highs.
