NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Friday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 46.83 points down at 62801.81 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.
On the BSE, Jetmall Spices(down 13.61 per cent), Bhansali Engg(down 12.95 per cent), EKI Energy Services(down 11.35 per cent), Tanvi Foods(India)(down 10.00 per cent) and New Light Apparels(down 9.80 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

The Nifty index was trading 10.1 points down at 18624.45.
On the BSE, Indian Energy Exchg, Future Supply Chain, Decillion Finance, Shelter Infra and SRM Energy hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Flora Corporation, Dynamic Cables, Maiden Forgings, Madhusudan Ind and Essar Shipping touched their fresh 52-week highs.
