Sensex falls! But these stocks rallied over 15% on BSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Several stocks rallied as much as 15% in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the red amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that surged in excess of 15% included, Parmeshwari Silk(20.00%), Inspirisys Solutions(20.00%), Dynamic Cables(19.99%), PBA Infra(19.80%), Stampede Cap(DVR)(16.66%), InfoBeans Tech(15.85%), Linc Pen & Plastics(15.41%), NDA Securities(15.35%) and Saptak Chem(15.31%).

The 30-share BSE Sensex ended 1281.68 points down at 81148.22, while the 50-share index, NSE closed 346.36 points down at 24578.35.


In the Nifty50 index, 13 stocks closed in the green, while 37 stocks ended in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Parmeshwari Silk, Stampede Cap(DVR), NDA Securities, Suven Life Sci and Vishal Mega Mart hit their fresh 52-week high, while G V Films, Chembond Chem, Career Point, Sybly Ind and Fruition Venture touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
