Sensex falls! But these stocks rallied over 15% on BSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Several stocks rallied as much as 15% in Mumbai trading on Friday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the amid brisk in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that surged in excess of 15% included, Fervent Syn(19.98%) and Devki Leasing(15.28%).

The 30-share BSE Sensex ended 329.92 points down at 76190.46, while the 50-share index, NSE closed 113.15 points at 23092.2.


In the Nifty50 index, 19 stocks closed in the green, while 31 stocks ended in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Fervent Syn, MPS Ltd, Mangal Credit, P G Foils and Hilltone Soft&Gases hit their fresh 52-week high, while Golden Legand Leasing & Finance Ltd., Cyient, Rajratan Global, Lakshmi Electr and Sobha touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
