Sensex falls! But these stocks rallied over 15% on BSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Several stocks rallied as much as 15% in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmarks, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the amid brisk in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that surged in excess of 15% included, Choksi Labs(19.99%), Informed Tech(19.97%), Ladam Affordable(19.97%), ABM Knowledge(18.41%), G G Engineering(17.33%) and KIOCL(16.18%).

The 30-share BSE Sensex ended 109.12 points down at 78139.01, while the 50-share index, NSE closed 0.11 points at 23644.8.


In the Nifty50 index, 26 stocks closed in the green, while 24 stocks ended in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as ABM Knowledge, Crisil, Sharat Industries Ltd., Maestros Elec and Bampsl Sec hit their fresh 52-week high, while Darshan Orna, Barak Valley, Odigma Consultancy, Palred Technologies and Universus Photo touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
