Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

In the Nifty 50 index, 14 stocks ended in the green, while 36 stocks closed in the red in today's trade.

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Friday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Kemistar Corp(14.94%), TCPL Packaging(13.68%), Alicon Castalloy(12.27%), Revathi Equip(11.52%), Honda Siel Power(11.04%), GCM Capital Adv.(10.61%) and Evans Electric(10.0%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 87.12 points down at 61663.48, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 36.25 points down at 18307.65.


In the Nifty 50 index, 14 stocks ended in the green, while 36 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as TCPL Packaging, Honda Siel Power, Evans Electric, Bank of Maharashtra and Vindhya Telelink hit their fresh 52-week high, while Ambalal Sarabhai, Nakoda Group Of Ind, Pace E-Commerce Ventures Ltd., ANG Lifesciences Ind and Arshiya touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
