Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Tuesday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, California Soft(14.32%), Sellwin Traders Ltd.(13.25%), Ad-Manum Fin(13.03%), Cargosol Logistics Ltd.(12.9%), NACL Industries (10.84%), South Indian Bnk(10.79%), Maruti Infra(10.24%), DC Infotech(10.0%), Tips Films Ltd.(10.0%) and CFSL Ltd.(10.0%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 287.7 points down at 59543.96, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 74.4 points down at 17656.35.


In the Nifty 50 index, 20 stocks ended in the green, while 29 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Cargosol Logistics Ltd., South Indian Bnk, Tips Films Ltd., DC Infotech and CMS Info Systems Ltd. hit their fresh 52-week high, while Shubham Polyspin, Tatia Global, Union Quality, Kesar Enterpr and Globus Spirits touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
