Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Thursday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Intnl Travel(14.7%), Tera Software(13.85%), HSIL(13.79%), Porwal Auto Comp(13.16%), Royal Orchid(13.07%), Suzlon Energy(12.88%), Vijay Textiles(11.64%), KPIT Tech(11.14%), Themis Medicare(11.1%) and Super Tannery(10.8%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 337.06 points down at 59119.72, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 88.55 points down at 17629.8.


In the Nifty 50 index, 22 stocks ended in the green, while 28 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Remsons Ind, Sonal Mercantile, Diamines Chem, Choice Intnl and Optimus Finance hit their fresh 52-week high, while Shubham Polyspin, My Money Securit, Mehai Technology, A F Enterprises and Trescon touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
