Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Wednesday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Econo Trade(I)(14.09%), Vijaya Diagnostic(13.87%), Olympic Cards(12.75%), Allied Digital(12.26%), KPI Global Infra(12.21%), AGI Infra Ltd.(11.41%), Everlon Synth(11.25%), Morarka Finance(10.14%), Vippy Spinpro(10.14%) and Hindustan Bio(10.0%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 152.18 points down at 52541.39, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 39.95 points down at 15692.15.


In the Nifty 50 index, 24 stocks ended in the green, while 26 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as KPI Global Infra, Alkosign Ltd., Mirza Intnl, Choice Intnl and Gensol Engg hit their fresh 52-week high, while Sadbhav Eng, Tierra Agrotech Ltd., LKP Finance, Wardwizard Innov(PP)and Chandni Text touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
