Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Wednesday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, KPI Global Infra(14.28%), Elixir Capital (12.88%), Manorama Ind(11.1%), TV18 Broadcast(10.84%), Fervent Syn(10.27%), Best Agrolife(10.18%), Zenlabs Ethica (10.14%), Alan Scott Industrie(10.09%), Rasi Electrodes(10.08%) and Stylam Ind(10.08%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 214.85 points down at 54892.49, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 60.1 points down at 16356.25.


In the Nifty 50 index, 22 stocks ended in the green, while 28 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Essar Sec, Lords Chloro, Choksi Labs, MRPL and Relicab Cable Manufa hit their fresh 52-week high, while Natural Biocon(I), Aptus Value Housing, Hikal Ltd, Triveni Enterprises and BFL Asset Finvest touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
