Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Tuesday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Wardwizard Innov(14.48%), Venus Remedies(14.44%), NHC Foods(13.86%), PG Electroplast(13.78%), Mangalam Drugs(13.75%), Sterling Tools(12.39%), 8K Miles Soft(12.37%), Superhouse Ltd(12.24%), Akar Auto Ind.(11.78%) and Sree Rayalaseema(11.77%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 359.33 points down at 55566.41, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 76.85 points down at 16584.55.


In the Nifty 50 index, 28 stocks ended in the green, while 22 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Anuroop Packaging Lt, PG Electroplast, Parshva Enterprises, Shanthi Gears and Sunedison Infra hit their fresh 52-week high, while Tasty Dairy Speciali, Modulex Construction, Kkalpana lndustries, Nath Bio-Genes and Subex touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
