Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Monday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Sequent Scientific(14.62%), Wherrelz IT Solutions Ltd.(13.89%), Brooks Labs(13.63%), SRG Housing Fin(11.87%), Commercial Engg(11.43%), GKP Printing & Pack(11.07%), Career Point(10.35%), VRL Logistics(10.01%) and Apcotex Ind(10.0%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 37.78 points down at 54288.61, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 51.45 points down at 16214.7.


In the Nifty 50 index, 27 stocks ended in the green, while 23 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Commercial Engg, Apcotex Ind, Sumedha Fiscal, Getalong Enterprises Ltd. and Sai Capital hit their fresh 52-week high, while Premco Global, JSW Steel, Tata Steel, NMDC and SAIL touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
