Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Thursday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Emkay Global(14.24%), Bhagwati Auto(12.41%), Northern Spirits(12.36%), NDA Securities(10.07%) and Real News & Views (10.0%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 1416.3 points down at 52792.23, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 430.9 points down at 15809.4.


In the Nifty 50 index, 3 stocks ended in the green, while 47 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Nava Bharat Vent., Rose Merc. Ltd., Mewar Hi-Tech Engine, Roto Pumps and Mehta Housing hit their fresh 52-week high, while Garment Mantra Life, Manappuram Finance, Lincoln Pharma, Niyogin Fintech and Lupin touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
