Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Tuesday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Garware Synth(14.29%), Bhatia Colour Chem Ltd.(11.93%), Wall Street Fin(11.74%), GKP Printing & Pack(10.72%), Bhagwati Auto(10.4%) and Nila Spaces L(10.0%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 105.82 points down at 54364.85, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 61.8 points down at 16240.05.


In the Nifty 50 index, 19 stocks ended in the green, while 31 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Optimus Finance, Advitiya Trade India, Megastar Foods, Tamboli Capital and CWD Ltd. hit their fresh 52-week high, while Rainbow Childrens Medicare Ltd., Safa Systems & Technologies Ltd., Vanta Bioscience, Patel Integrat(PP)and Wardwizard Innov(PP)touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
