Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Friday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Shanthi Gears(14.21%), Gokaldas Export(13.31%), Shilchar Tech(12.51%), Spenta Intnl(12.26%), Walchand People(12.18%), Aptech(11.07%), Apcotex Ind(10.97%), NDR Auto Components(10.17%) and GIC(10.11%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 460.19 points down at 57060.87, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 142.5 points down at 17102.55.


In the Nifty 50 index, 11 stocks ended in the green, while 38 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as SKP Securities, Decorous Investme, Sanco Trans, Bharat Agri Fert and Shanthi Gears hit their fresh 52-week high, while Camlin Fine Sc, Zee Learn, FutureLifestyleFash, Future Consumer and Indiabulls Intgrtd touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
