Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Wednesday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Future Consumer (14.42%), Meera Industries(13.21%), Bambino Agro(12.56%), Nava Bharat Vent.(12.53%), Gujarat Hotels(11.97%), Jayant Agro Org(11.7%), Shivalik Bimetal(11.45%), Sky Gold(10.77%), Suven Pharma (10.55%) and Hindustan Adhes(10.0%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 304.48 points down at 57684.82, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 69.85 points down at 17245.65.


In the Nifty 50 index, 22 stocks ended in the green, while 28 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Bambino Agro, Shivalik Bimetal, Suven Pharma, Royal Orchid and Hindustan Adhes hit their fresh 52-week high, while Dhani Ibull Ventures, Pithampur Poly, Ascensive Educare Ltd., Tarini International and Natural Biocon(I)touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
