Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Monday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Lex Nimble Solutions(14.94%), Kamdhenu (14.82%), Avantel(14.58%), Kkalpana lndustries(14.42%), Haryana Capfin(12.64%), R Systems Intnl(11.91%), Creative Casting(11.89%), Southern Petro(11.87%), Wockhardt(11.58%) and SMS Pharma(11.55%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 571.44 points down at 57292.49, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 169.45 points down at 17117.6.


In the Nifty 50 index, 9 stocks ended in the green, while 40 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Selan Expl Tech, Dolfin Rubbers, Ruchira Papers, Avantel and Southern Petro hit their fresh 52-week high, while Navigant Corporate A, FutureLifestyleFash, RO Jewels, Future Retail and Ador Multiprod touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
