Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Friday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Electrotherm(14.68%), North Eastern(14.47%), RDB Rasayans(14.33%), Innovators Facade Sy(14.0%), Choice Intnl(13.93%), Arnold Holdings(13.02%), Triveni Turbine(12.4%), Orbit Exports(11.73%), Coral India Finance(11.58%) and Synergy Green Ind(11.48%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 12.27 points down at 61223.03, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 2.05 points down at 18255.75.


In the Nifty 50 index, 21 stocks ended in the green, while 28 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as U H Zaveri, Coastal Corp, Coffee Day Ent, Hindustan Hardy and Ruby Mills hit their fresh 52-week high, while Superior Finlease, IITL Projects, Dilip Buildcon, Vaghani Techno and Times Green Energy(India)Ltd. touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
