Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Monday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Prism Medico(14.74%), Orient Beverage(14.67%), Dhanvarsha Finvest(14.43%), Astec Lifesc(14.38%), Nirav Comm(13.19%), Medicamen Bio(12.77%), Pritika Auto Ind(12.71%), Yug Decor(12.5%), Unique Organics(11.95%) and Bharat Bhushan(11.64%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 503.25 points down at 58283.42, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 143.05 points down at 17368.25.


In the Nifty 50 index, 14 stocks ended in the green, while 36 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Sezal Glass, Tega Industries Ltd., NDTV, Lorenzini Apparels and Keynote Financial hit their fresh 52-week high, while Vikas Multicorp(PP), Lex Nimble Solutions, Omnipotent Industries Ltd., Patel Integrat(PP)and Janus Corporation touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
