Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Wednesday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Reliance Chemo(13.2%), Bharat Rasayan(13.16%), RDB Realty(12.62%), SNL Bearings(12.47%), Novartis India(12.12%), Sandur Manganese(11.95%), Captain Technocast(11.54%), Ador Welding(11.38%), CNI Research(10.59%) and Odyssey Tech(10.0%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 80.63 points down at 60352.82, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 27.05 points down at 18017.2.


In the Nifty 50 index, 25 stocks ended in the green, while 25 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd., Shardul Sec, Blue Chip Tex, Williamson Magor and Universus Photo hit their fresh 52-week high, while Patel Integrat(PP), Innovative Ideals, Strides Shasun, Transglobe Foods and Tiaan Ayurvedic & He touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
