Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Tuesday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Punjab Comm(14.32%), Deep Industries Ltd.(14.1%), Mangalam Organics (13.56%), Subex(12.89%), Cerebra Integrat(12.32%), Markolines Traffic Controls Ltd.(11.94%), Hariyana Ship(11.17%), Allied Digital(10.8%), Esab India(10.17%) and Shoppers Stop(10.12%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 112.16 points down at 60433.45, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 24.3 points down at 18044.25.


In the Nifty 50 index, 26 stocks ended in the green, while 24 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Gokul Refoils, Mangalam Organics, Allied Digital, Esab India and Shoppers Stop hit their fresh 52-week high, while SBL Infratech Ltd., Palm Jewels, KCD Industries India, Nova Pub and Bangalore Fort Farms touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
