Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Wednesday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Omax Autos(13.65%), Simmonds Marshall(12.37%), Dynemic Product(12.18%), Pasari Spinning(10.96%), Pradeep Metals(10.76%), Jyoti Structure(10.56%), Robust Hotels(10.43%), Khandelwal Extr(10.37%), Metropolis Health(10.37%) and John Cockerill(10.07%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 176.43 points down at 83536.08, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 46.41 points down at 25476.1.


In the Nifty 50 index, 22 stocks ended in the green, while 28 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as Prostarm Info System, Omnitex Ind, Pradeep Metals, Force Motors and Sambhv Steel Tubes hit their fresh 52-week high, while Nectar Lifesc, Dreamfolks Services, Vantage Knowledge, Omega Inter.Tech and Sadhana Nitro touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
