Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

In the Nifty 50 index, 7 stocks ended in the green, while 43 stocks closed in the red in today's trade.

NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Tuesday.

These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Yuken India(13.21%), Sah Polymers(12.78%), Inox Green Energy Services(12.52%), Spenta Intnl(12.18%), NDTV(11.64%), Bharat Immunological (11.41%), Ace Men Engg Works(11.13%), Pfizer(10.77%), United Interactive(10.47%) and Shiva Texyarn(10.10%).

The 30-share Sensex ended 872.98 points down at 81186.44, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 261.55 points down at 24683.9.


In the Nifty 50 index, 7 stocks ended in the green, while 43 stocks closed in the red.

Meanwhile, stocks such as ETT Ltd, SRM Contractors, Timex Group, Stampede Cap(DVR)and Sanathan Textiles hit their fresh 52-week high, while CG-VAK Software, Sybly Ind, Money Masters, National Plywood Ind and Madhur Ind touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
